På startsidan använder du sökfältet för att skriva namnet på evenemanget du deltog i. Viktigt: Skriv namnet exakt som det visas på evenemangets officiella webbplats eller använd ett relevant sökord. Till exempel, för evenemanget "Rally Dakar" kan du skriva "Dakar".

Steg 3: Hitta dina foton Sök efter startnummer: Denna sökning fungerar genom att ange ditt nummer, det du bar under loppet - antingen ditt startnummer (på din tröja) eller ditt cykelnummer.

Skriv in detta nummer i sökfältet på evenemangssidan för att hitta dina foton. Om du inte hittar dina foton med hjälp av ditt startnummer, kolla avsnittet "Oidentifierade foton".

Ibland kan numret vara täckt av din arm eller av en annan deltagare, vilket förhindrar automatisk identifiering.

Om du inte kommer ihåg ditt startnummer kan du vanligtvis hitta det i resultatavsnittet på evenemangets officiella webbplats.

Det här alternativet låter dig hitta dina foton genom att ladda upp en selfie.

För att ladda upp ditt foto klickar du på den gröna kameraikonen.

Du kan antingen ta en selfie genom att klicka på "Ta foto" eller ladda upp ett befintligt foto från din enhet genom att klicka på "Ladda upp foto". Efter uppladdningen kommer systemet att bearbeta din bild och visa alla foton där du syns.

Kom ihåg: Det är viktigt att skicka ett foto av endast ditt ansikte, väl upplyst, vänt mot kameran, utan tillbehör (som solglasögon eller hattar) och utan andra personer i bilden.

Steg 4: Köp dina foton Att köpa dina foton är väldigt enkelt. När du har hittat dem följer du dessa steg:

Välj dina foton och lägg till dem i varukorgen; Granska din varukorg och fortsätt till kassan; På nästa skärm fyller du i din information och väljer en betalningsmetod;

När betalning har valts slutförs din beställning.

Kontrollera din e-post för att få dina foton, eller sektionen "Mina beställningar" på fotop.com.

När din beställning är betald kan du även ladda ner dina foton med Fotop-appen.

Du kan dock inte göra köp via appen – betalningen måste slutföras på webbplatsen.

How to find and purchase your photos?

Step 1: Access the website

Go to: https://fotop.com/

Step 2: Search for the event

On the homepage, use the search bar to type the name of the event you participated in.

Important: Type the name exactly as it appears on the event’s official website or use a relevant keyword.

For example, for the event “Rally Dakar”, you can type “Dakar”.

Step 3: Find your photos

Search by bib number:

This search works by entering your number, the one you wore during the race — either your bib number (on your shirt) or your bike number.

Type this number into the search field on the event page to locate your photos.

If you can't find your photos using your bib number, check the section called “Unidentified Photos”.


Sometimes the number might be covered by your arm or by another participant, which prevents automatic identification.

If you don’t remember your bib number, you can usually find it in the results section on the event's official website.

This option allows you to find your photos by uploading a selfie.

To upload your photo, click on the green camera icon.

You can either take a selfie by clicking “Take photo”, or upload an existing photo from your device by clicking “Upload photo”.

After uploading, the system will process your image and show you all the photos where you appear.

Remember: It’s important to send a photo of only your face, well-lit, facing the camera, without accessories (like sunglasses or hats), and without other people in the picture.

Step 4: Purchase your photos

Buying your photos is very easy. Once you’ve found them, follow these steps:

Select your photos and add them to the cart;



Review your cart and proceed to checkout;



On the next screen, fill in your information and select a payment method;



Once payment is selected, your order will be completed;



Check your email to receive your photos, or the section "My Orders” at fotop.com.

Once your order is paid, you can also download your photos using the Fotop App.

However, you can’t make purchases through the app — payment must be completed on the website
